How to delete your Fluently account
If you want your Fluently cloud account removed, send a short request by email and include the details needed to identify the account safely.
Request deletion in 4 steps
- Open your email app and write to torbenziegler18@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Include your username and the email address linked to the account.
- Send the message and your account data will be deleted after the request is reviewed.
What to include
To avoid deleting the wrong account, please make sure your request contains:
- Your Fluently username
- The email address associated with the account
Important note about local app data
Cloud account deletion and local device deletion are separate actions. If you also want to remove lists, progress, reminders, and other data stored only on your device, use the Clear local data option in the app’s Profile screen.
You can send the request from any email address, but including the address saved in your account helps speed up verification.
