By accessing the Fluently website or using the Fluently Android app, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Use of the Service

Fluently is designed to help learners create vocabulary lists, discover community-created content, and practice vocabulary. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful activity.

Accounts and User Content

If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens through your account.

If you publish vocabulary lists or other content, you remain responsible for that content and for ensuring that you have the right to share it.

Availability

Fluently is provided on an as-is basis. While reasonable care is taken to keep the service available and useful, uninterrupted availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services such as Google Play Services, Firebase, or AdMob. Their availability and policies may affect parts of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect product or legal changes. Continued use of Fluently after updates means you accept the revised terms.
